Settlers

As we reach to the stars, and spread amongst habitable bodies, Will we encounter kindred minds? If we do, will we take heed from the hard learned lessons of the past? History shows time and again whenever advanced and arrogant cultures meet native peoples, the results have been disastrous. Will we live in harmony, or take as we please as we have done in the past?
